Ackerley, also aged 34, is an English film producer, actor, and former assistant director, and he co-founded the production company LuckyChap Entertainment along with his wife. The pair first met back in 2013 while filming World War II drama Suite Française, Robbie of course was acting, while Ackerley was the assistant director.Chrissy Teigen fans left horrified after noticing ‘disgusting’ detail in recent bath videoAccording to Vogue, Robbie invited Ackerley, her childhood friend Sophia Kerr and Josey McNamara, to the UK premiere of The Wolf of Wall Street in January 2014.The four of them hit it off and she suggested they all move in together, and so they started renting a home in London and it was in 2014 that she and Ackerley started dating.

Speaking to The Guardian in 2018, she said: “We kept it a secret. Because we weren’t really taking it seriously. ‘Oh, whatever, we’re just mates, we’re just mates.’ And then, everyone found out.She added that ‘shit hit the fan’ when people found out because their friends were worried the relationship would ‘ruin our group’.Robbie continued: “Our house turned into ‘The Jerry Springer Show’ for a moment there. But then the dust settled, and it was all good. And then it didn’t [ruin the group]. It was fine.”Two years down the line, in 2016, they tied the knot at a hushed ceremony in Bryon Bay, Australia, just four hours away from her home town Dalby. So hushed that they never even announced their engagement.

They have always been private when it comes to their relationship. Margot Robbie is set to make $50 million for bringing Barbie to the big screen
The Australian star could soon have a very large bank account.
Margot Robbie is set for a big pay day when Barbie mania wraps up.Variety has learned the Australian actor, who also produced the global smash hit through her production company LuckyChap Entertainment, could make as much as $50 million. That is a combination of her salary for the film as well as bonuses related to the box office. The film has made nearly $1.2 billion from cinemas around the world and it will likely continue bringing in the big bucks as people keep flocking to theaters.Variety says director Greta Gerwig is also set for a humungous pay day when the film eventually finishes its theatrical run.Barbie has become the highest-grossing film in history by a female director.

It recently dethroned the record held by Frozen II director Jennifer Lee and has also become Warner Bros’ second-highest grossing film after Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2.While Barbie might be making a splash everywhere in the world, it seems there will be some people who won’t get to see it.The film has been banned in Kuwait and Vietnam for various reasons and Lebanon could be about to follow suit.Kuwait removed it from cinemas to protect ‘public ethics’ because the movie ‘promulgate[s] ideas and beliefs that are alien to Kuwaiti society and public order’, according to a spokesman for the Kuwaiti Ministry of Information.Last week, authorities in Lebanon issued a call for Barbie to be removed over fears that it ‘promotes homosexuality and transsexuality… supports rejecting a father’s guardianship, undermines and ridicules the role of the mother, and questions the necessity of marriage and having a family’.Lebanese Culture Minister Mohammad Mortada begged his country to take all the necessary steps to get it removed.
However, it’s a very different story over in Vietnam.

The country decided to pull it from cinemas over a very specific detail in one scene. The moment in question shows Margot Robbie’s Barbie meeting Weird Barbie (Kate McKinnon) and being told about the world outside of Barbie Land.In the background of the scene there is a child-like drawing of a map. There is a depiction of the Nine Dash Line, which is used on Chinese maps to show the territory it claims in the South China Sea.The South China Sea is contested by China, Taiwan, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia and Brunei, so a map showing the ‘nine-dash line’ would not likely go down well in Vietnam, which says China’s claims in the region violate its sovereignty.Speaking out about the controversy, a spokesperson for Warner Bros. said: “The map in Barbie Land is a child-like crayon drawing.”The doodles depict Barbie’s make-believe journey from Barbie Land to the ‘real world.’ It was not intended to make any type of statement.”

Margot Robbie is fine with your foot fetish.

The star of Barbie is aware that certain parts of the internet are obsessed with her feet and she thinks that’s ‘nice’.

The Aussie actor’s feet first became a mainstream topic of conversation after she starred in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood in 2019.

But certain parts of the internet have been obsessed with what’s in the 33-year-old’s shoes for much longer.

And the obsession with her tootsies has only grown since Barbie’s release.

In the film, Robbie’s feet play a pretty pivotal role and are the first warning sign that something is wrong with her character.

Speaking to CinemaBlend, Robbie explained that she stumbled upon the internet’s foot fetish after she Googled herself when she was first starting out in Hollywood.

“Here’s to Margot Robbie’s feet” 🥂 — Ryan Gosling“The very first time I Googled myself, you know how when you type something into Google and it predicts what the rest of it is going to be?” she explained.“I’d started working and I was on some things and I hadn’t Googled myself before, and so I wrote in ‘Margot Robbie’ and before I finished writing ‘Robbie’, ‘Margot Robbie feet’ came up.”She continued: “I clicked on it and realised that there were pictures zoomed in on my feet and people were writing about them and someone had made a video compilation of footage of my feet and I was like, ‘oh wow, this is like a thing. I didn’t realise’.”Robbie’s feet are featured on the site wikifeet, where they have a five star rating.Users on the site discuss her best ‘sole shots’ and have heated arguments about whether Barbie is a ‘foot fest’ or not. While this may seem a little… odd, Robbie said she’s actually flattered that people like her feet.”I have to say I’m really flattered that people are excited about my feet, I think that’s lovely,” she said in the interview. When the interviewer and her co-star Ryan Gosling looked at her to see whether she was joking, she doubled down.”I am genuinely… I don’t feel weird about it. I’m actually like ‘well that’s nice’,” she said.”Here’s to Margot Robbie’s feet,” Gosling then said, raising his drink in a cheers.Funnily enough, Barbie director Greta Gerwig was asked whether they were going to CGI the feet in the movie and she was shocked at the question.”No! That’s a nightmare’,” she recalled to The Project.“And I was like ‘[Margot] has the nicest feet’. She has these beautiful dancer feet. She should just hang on to that bar and do it just like this.”
